Registrations are due by Aug 1 2008. Registration Fees are $100.00 and are due by Sept 1. Cheques sent in early can be postdated for Sept 1/08. Late entries will be 200.00 and are subject to inclusion into the Transport Canada SFOC.

Pilot Information

Dates of the event are Oct 9-13. Rooms will be available for those days and each pilot will get 1 room with up to 4 people / room supplied. Extra rooms are available on request for a special price.

Propane will be supplied. Please arrive full and you will leave full. Any systems that are shipped and arrive empty can be filled and also leave empty. If you require a chase vehicle let us know in the comments on the registration sheet and we will make arrangements. Cost will be yours unless sponsors are obtained.

Travel allowances are available ranging from $200.00 to 500.00 depending on distance. These will be paid at the end of the event before departure. No refund of registration fees are planned.

Competition Director is Garry Lockyer. There are a total of 9 flights planned. Task money and other prizes are being worked on and are likely. More on this will be announced as arrangements are made.

Host Hotel  is the Service Plus Inn.  It is located beside the Casino and Across the Bypass from the College.
